It appears to have been uploaded to the NEXON site but it's not on the button yet. The patch is roughly 429MB and you may download this if you don't want to wait. Just do not install the patch until maintenance time.

Tried to use installer and it promptly told me my installation path is invalid. Granted, I did not install this to my program files like it is set to by default, but I guess I'll have to wait for the auto-patch. Ah well, only 10-15 minutes of my life lost but still disappointing.

I just redownloaded the patch to see any difference, none yet so far. It seems pretty complete. Though they could change it within the last 10 minutes.
