  Mabinogi II, which is in development by Nexon was unveiled through a special speech at Korea Games Conference 2010. The speech gave an introduction to the game's 3D original models and applied newest technologies so that the audience could have a sneak preview of the game.

  At the conference, a member of devCAT development team took a female character model in Mabinogi II for example, introducing the character's movements of limb joints, especially the variation of shoulders and arms which are the hardest to be performed with the use of 3D graphical technologies. However, the development team overcame this difficulty and made every finger curl naturally. Furthermore, much slighter changes can be shown based on the segmentation of skeleton.

  It is a little pity that the revealed 3D models were exhibited in 3DS MAX instead of actual graphics. Nevertheless, in order to realize more accurate movements, Nexon's graphics team has created supplementary joints enabling the character to bend freely and is even developing the rhythmical changes of muscles.

  Seen from the demo video, the 3D models can move like a real person, including open hands, raise legs, walk, run and bend down to go forward. Every action fully displays the rhythm of human skeleton. No wonder myriads of players are looking forward to the release of Mabinogi II.
