To peoples: Go craft your sets and mail them over, it's simpler, I'm doing things like broken ash or the bear set for lulz then mailing them over. :v
It also works on title sets, so, lolabuse.

So can someone remind me how character names work again? As in, deleting them to use for a new character? If I remember correctly, it's that you delete the character and than 30 days after deletion the name can be used again, but I want to be 100% sure since I will be pissed as hell if someone took my name.
