It's grayed out because it's no longer applicable. Intex is at r8 and isn't looking for enchant scrolls.

Yes, since I'm at rank 8 I don't need enchants but I won't be on rank 8 forever.
After rank 8 I'll be buying at the same prices, so I left it there so that people can take note of it.
