Giant Lion spawned a few minutes ago on Mari Ch5. It was killed before I could get there from Cor though.

If you mean by field bosses such as gold tailed mongoose and giant gnus, then, they spawn everyday 1-4 times randomly.
Also, a mammoth spawned today at ch5.
