Well, you said in your 2nd reply PM that you only ask one question, and since I didn't really understand what your solution is anyways... (I mean, what the hell do you ask anyways?)
I sent two PMs and they both said my question was "Who among you are not switchers." It also says in the picture.
Quote from Mrlucky77;191915:
Besides, you only ask one question, where you MUST ask two to always get the right answer
Why must I? I mean to say, why doesn't my answer work?

Wait, I really didn't understand your solution though. Do you ask one question twice or one question once?
Also, for probability #3, a switcher can lie without revealing everyone else. Although it's a lie, it doesn't have to be the complete opposite of the truth.

I only ask it once. And even if he doesn't use the exact opposite of the truth, he will still have to say something for each of the switchers and not say anything about the truthteller. Although I don't see how he could lie without doing what I said he would do.
If there was a person who is a switcher and I ask if they are not a switcher and you have to lie, what else could you say?

Given that you cannot see your own forehead, and that the logicians cannot communicate with each other ("no communication" means, quite literally, nothing -- looks, hand gestures, etc.), it is completely impossible for anything to happen in that room as a result of a logician realizing that his forehead has been marked. You're going to need to provide a LOT more details on this scenario, namely the following:
1. Is there any reflective material in the room?
2. Is the mark detectable by touch?
3. Are the logicians free to move around the room?
4. Is there any communication with the outside world?
5. What is the mark's color and the logicians' skin color?
6. How close are the logicians' seats to one another (wide circle, narrow circle, etc.)?
7. What color is the light in the room?
8. What material are the walls, floor, and ceiling made of?
9. Can the logicians do ANYTHING other than sit still and turn their heads to look around? (blinking leads to people suggesting Morse Code...)
I'm sure there are plenty of variables I have not accounted for, but you get the idea. There are a million and one ways for the marks to be detected by oneself or by others, and you need to rule out possibilities or ideas such as Jerain's are perfectly feasible and acceptable.
Yes, this is basically a necro, but I must know. =P

No, there is no material, only opaque, regular walls.
2. Is the mark detectable by touch?
3. Are the logicians free to move around the room?
4. Is there any communication with the outside world?
Logicians cannot move around, they must sit in their chair and can only look around. The room is isolated, so no, there is no communication at all.
5. What is the mark's color and the logicians' skin color?
The mark is blue, so it's visible on all people's foreheads.
6. How close are the logicians' seats to one another (wide circle, narrow circle, etc.)?
All logicians sit in one big circle, but close enough so that one can clearly see another's forehead.
7. What color is the light in the room?
White light.
8. What material are the walls, floor, and ceiling made of?
They're drywalls so yeah.
9. Can the logicians do ANYTHING other than sit still and turn their heads to look around? (blinking leads to people suggesting Morse Code...)
The logicians cannot do anything other than sit still and turn their heads to look around. No communication.
