True dura measures item durability to the thousandth place.
Logging out in any way (including CC) has always cost 1 true dura (1/1000 of a point) but now supposedly uses 5-20?

The aura you emit as a milletian is resistant to this, and will protect your clothes.
Unfortunately, it doesn't protect them completely and they still receive a small amount of damage.
