I dunno, I blame the servers. I have an amazing connection but sometimes my parties get horrendous lag and other times it's totally lagless. If location determines lag that much then honestly it's not our fault, it's their system failing.

Hm well i dropped the quallity from highest to high, and the FPS barely changed but now every party i have has 2-3 bars and doesnt lag....so o.o
