Frozen Blast: Tower Cylinder or upgraded Wind Cylinder?

Wind cylinder is up to 5 seconds I believe.

In any case, it's tower cylinder that has the advantage obvious because of the lack of movement.

Wind cylinder is up to 5 seconds I believe.

Wind Cylinder gets 6 seconds from upgrades, and a base bonus of 1 second for a total of 7 seconds. Or a 46.777% boost.
Tower Cylinders get said 50% boost, as well as a larger effect radius (?). But requires installing the cylinder and restricting movement.

I'd go with Wind personally.

Freezing time of Frozen Blast at Rank 1 is 15 seconds.

Upgraded Wind Cylinder @ Rank 1 = 22 seconds of freezing time.
Tower Cylinder @ Rank 1 = 1.5 * 15 = 22.5 seconds of freezing time.

Not much of a difference, really.

Maybe Alchemy Mastery makes a difference?
