Er frozen blast not showing freeze effect

I know it's a minor problem but it still annoys me that it doesn't do the affect I sometimes get confused whether it's frozen or not anybody have this same problem?

And also how can I fix this?

It's a glitch.

Nexon has to fix it.

And sadly, that may take awhile.
