I heard other people have the skill (but almost never notices them using it). The wiki just says that i need to be level 30 to get the skill quest, and i got to level 30 and i don't see a quest. Anyone know exactly when and how to get the windmill quest or skill?

I believe the Windmill quest is given to you after you finish the story for Blood Prince
