Yep, it's the Zombie Event.
The third is the Premium Rebirth Card Bonus (Magician Robe)
and the second one seems to be an event not introduced.

Yeah, I believe the second event is new.

The title for the second event is "Halloween Mystery Theater Sharon's Mystery!"

Sharon seems to be a ghost and has lost a ghost child (or many ghost children?). I believe you have to find candy and give it to them. It says that the ghost child's candy bar was stolen and you have to find out who stole it. It says it was stolen by somebody pretending to be a ghost? If you can solve the mystery, you'll be able to attend the Halloween Party.

Then again, that's my shabby translation and it could be a bit off.

You have to talk to all of the event ghost NPCs in every town and find out who stole Sharon's Candy , and only one of them tells the truth.

Its a simple quest of "Guess Who?"
