It does come out from there, just that chances are low.
What I did was to open 3 characters in a party and then go down. I gather all the mules to the final floor, finish the boss, gather keys on one of the mules (preferably elves) and then run all the way to boss to hand me the keys and then I open all chests for 3 chances at the book.
Got it after like 2 or 3 rounds, cannot remember now.

I really support a healthy living style, i never know it shows this much difference in your health. Before 1 year I don't care about my eating habits, now I have joined an aged care community the staff here provides the food which contains nutrition and protein in short a healthy food i can see the difference by myself.
