G13 bolt magics

Then the -10% MP equipment set
You'd be getting so much -MP cost for bolts it'd be silly. :p

I forgot to mention, those elemental masteries' master tittle also gives you increase in dmg.
Ice/Lightning/Fire masteries's master titles will increase their elemental dmg by 10%
Bolt Mastery master title will give your +15% dmg increase on bolt magic.
Bolt Composer's master title will +5% dmg composed bolt magic.
