  But yea, if Water Cannon is your main attack then you should really get Moist. I don't know about other servers, but in Ruairi they sell for under 100k so it's not too hard to get. If you can manage, go for Royal Alchemist since that adds very substantial boosts to alchemy.

  Repair cost is dictated by the highest factor. Meaning they're both x10.
  
  Assuming you were right anyways, "x10 + 100%" would be x11 repair costs. Meaning it'd only cost 670 extra gold per point over Caliburn. The high price of Caliburn (around 300k) is 448 points of Cylinder repairs at Eabha.

  I enchanted a moist water drop cylinder for a friend last week, the repair fees do not stack so it ends up being x10.
