  Jail time aint the way to go
  Even if the children are acting horribly
  There are plenty of students i know who would or are giving their parents the finger in rebellion and dont give a care what their parents think
  You must consider the parents view too
  Some must work in order to support the children
  Some are coming and that aint working
  Some just are trying their best but it wont work
  It is not that cut and dry just drag the parents in and the kid behaves
  If that was true then this would be one odd world

  You can pretty much make life forms as long as the conditions are ideal.
  
  If what we know about this is wrong, then it pretty much shatters the foundations of basic science and much of the technology we have today wouldn't even work.
  
  But suppose thats a different discussion from the thread itself.
  
  There are debatable theories such as the Big Bang which we just cannot prove with our current limited knowledge, but when it comes to evolution and tracing her DNA backwards slowly, the proof is just too solid to dispute.
  
  Even the Vatican has admitted Evolution is true.
  
  Not saying Religion is wrong, nor do I mean that the bible is a lie, as I believe there are many historical truths that it holds, but the contents have been known to change quite often over time. Mostly to explain the unexplainable, such as the origin of man.
  
  For example, before it was proven that Earth was not at the center of the Universe, the Genesis was actually quite different. It strongly implied that the world revolved around Earth, and it was even heresy to believe it wasn't.
  
  When it was proven with beyond concrete evidence that Earth is not flat, and isn't at the center of the universe, the bible was modified to the way it is today. All you really have to do is dig up some much older versions of the bible and make a comparison. For example, only a little over a thousand years ago bibles made no mention of Jesus being the Son of God. Holy Scriptures Mark 1:1 "The beginning of the good news about Jesus Christ”, New International version Mark 1:1 "The beginning of the Gospel about Jesus Christ, the Son of God.b"
  
  As such, while we have concrete evidence that evolution is a fact, its difficult to explain it without first having to have to give a proper education.

  LOL, basic science tells me that UV light (no ozone "back then") would kill any life that would form. I also know that underwater (the only escape from the UV light) dehydration synthesis is going to be really hard! I also know that if there was oxygen and ozone, oxidation would ruin any life that formed. I also know that it would be really hard for all the random chemicals in a raging ocean (fun with hydrolysis!) to form themselves into all the right amino acids, and then have all the amino acids combine just perfectly into all the ridiculously complex proteins required for a single prokaryotic cell. And then the cell would have to learn how to reproduce and carry out other necessary functions really fast, otherwise, all the above stuff was for nought! Don't you just love basic science?
