I finally got around to finishing the game. It was beautiful. But I do have a few unanswered questions.
1. Why is Alma the proper body for Altima? Besides from the obvious play on names.
2. Why were the conspirators so obsessed with reviving Altima? To the point where they had no real regrets killing themselves for the purpose of doing so? What was their real end goal with this?
3. St. Ajora was supposedly a hero who gathered the zodiac stones and saved the world from a monster. According to the scriptures, Ajora was actually just a normal human who ended up leading a rebellion. But Ajora comes back as a monster who seems to be ready to kill. She also says "You must be the descendant of the one who killed me centuries ago" or something. How did history get so distorted?
4. At the end cutscene, Olan visits Alma's grave and sees Ramza and Alma speeding by on chocobos. What the heck? How did they survive the doom explosion, how did they return from a closed off dimension of death city? Or is Olan just imagining it? I don't believe its just his imagination since there was a "And that was the last time Ramza was seen" followed by a CG animation of them riding around.
5. Then what happened to the rest of the heroes? If Ramza and Alma made it, some of the others would've too? I always thought Agrias had the hots for Ramza.
6. At the final cutscene after the credits, Delita kills his wife. What gives? He said he loved her and would give his life for her during his conversation with Ramza earlier. She also yells at him saying "You killed Ramza". Not sure what mean.
