Questions on Blaze Int Formula

Friend's having trouble with calculating damage correctly with this blaze int formula so I decided to ask if the formula is correct (or if there is another one which is accurate).

50 x blaze damage percentage (%) x (100+Int/3) x Wand Attack Damage Upgrade (%)

Which is formula from yydzh page.

This is regarding the 2nd hit of blaze which involves intelligence calculations and before G13 (we are at G12S2).

Also, how is blaze affected after G13? Thanks.

That formula looks right, although it's assuming perfect knockback bonus.

50 = base damage
0.6 ~ 4.0 = rank multiplier
100 ~ 300 = int multiplier
0.05 / 0.12 = elemental/combat wand multiplier
0.22 ~ 1.00 = knockback multiplier

Then multiply everything together. AFAIK, Blaze formula stays the same after G13 except for the 20% nerf.
