  A really organized party would:
  1. Target spiders
  2. Press F12 as soon as barrier opens
  3. Kill Kobolds in second map so auto-aim won't hit them instead
  4. SPEAH SPEAH SPEAH
  5. Press Ready between the Rewards screen and the loading screen
  6. Buy spears during the character introductions or stock them up beforehand
  
  Of course, it's rare to have a group of 6 which do all of these, but when you do, it's possible to squeeze in 20 runs in an hour.
  Average speed runs would take ~3 minutes to down the bear, which would mean 15 runs an hour or so.
  Average runs would take ~4 minutes to down the bear, which would mean 12 runs an hour or so.

  Get a group of friends to do that or tell the group your in and make sure they completely understand what to do

  Though to be honest, I have never bothered to grind AP from the bear (only at 8.8k total), so I'm probably underestimating how efficient a group of 6 people are when it comes to farming. But from my limited runs, I just found that there's always one thing that takes up time (such as someone not F12ing in the first area, leaving before the next run, waiting for a 6th, lag).
  
  Random side note - I tend to see people use 14 spears a run (Normal, Hard doesn't really grant anything of use), and most people don't carry more than 1 stack. In that case, people run out in about 7 runs.

  
  
  Your logic there is horridly flawed. Why 10 seconds every match instead of 10 seconds one or two times at most? It's not like people are going to buy just 7 spears every time they need to buy them... lol
  
  Besides... tonight we were finishing the run with just 2 spears, 2 min runs.
  
  Oh and uh... Hard+Macha is better. Also, most people that I know buy dozens at a time, not 14. I buy like 80-90 at a time personally.
