Nexon Admits their forums are bad

Updates they're decent with, but look at all the "updates" that involve only new items for Gachapon (shameless attempts to wheedle more money out of the players). But customer service? I will advise you to never, ever, EVER imply that Nexon has good customer service again, because such a claim is patently false. I could give examples of epic failures from my own time with Nexon, and thousands of other players could do the same. The mere mention of your post's contents to my guild caused an immediate and very strong negative response. I could go on and on.
  
  Fact: Nexon does not and never will have quality customer service.

  because we're only associated with the Nexon in Seoul, Korea.
  
  But I will tell you this, I've seen worse MMO companies where the GMs blame your problems on your internet speed.

  Still OOC: One of my friends was recently banned for "fraudulent transactions". He paid for all of his NX via Paypal, and according to an e-mail he received from Paypal, Nexon was at fault for not meeting the terms of the merchandising agreement or something along those lines with those particular transactions, so Paypal auto-refunded him all the money he ever sent to Nexon -- $500. His account is banned because Nexon screwed up on their end, banned until he sends Nexon their $500 back -- and he's not sending it back as a final "f**k you" to the company.
