Is it safe to go to level 24 since scythes aren't out yet? Don't want my character to be bugged for being 24+ or something. How was it on the korean server?
I have all the gems for the "Aislinn's sparking dream" quest, but not sure if it's worth giving them to her or if I can use them for something better.

Should be safe unless Nexon pulls a Nexon. Scythes were released WAAY later in MH, tons of Evies over level 40.
As for the gems, I don't recall them being useful for anything else... other than cat's eye for the savage ring was it?
