Check-making is also affected by Wednesday Bonus?

Last I checked they were.

But you can easily test it and prove it by taking out 10k gold on Tuesday and doing the same on Wednesday.

I know that it costs 500 gold to take out a 10k check (5%), and if it's true about the bonus, it should be 375 gold (3.75%) on Wednesdays
