  To me, this is like a Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn!, except the "Tsuna" of this series knows of his standpoint, has control over his abilities early on, is more out going, and if his "No good Tsuna," personality is way more extreme. The King of Pessimists fits our Protagonist perfectly in this series, knowing what he's good and bad at (mostly bad) and taking the utmost extremes to fix problems he endures on others (if you call him troublesome, he'll "fix" his troublesome nature by jumping out of the third story window of your classroom to make sure he'll never be troublesome to you [or anyone else for that matter] again).
  
  Though it's one of the new Manga series out there (I think?) the first couple of chapters picked me up.

  I actually clicked just to see if it had anything to do with chess, since sometimes manga/anime titles are nonsensical.

  Yes, yes it is. Hence why the Mangaka drew a chess board and relates everything to chess in the Manga. :v
