Couple of Questions.

1) Those Ogre Warriors in Barri Normal, or one of those Shadow Missions. Both require a lot of time grinding for it. Auction is another good place, but requires you to have money.

2) If you value the armor, that is a good idea. Elves can't use the speed bonuses anyways... yet.
Also, be sure to use an ancient powder... unless you don't mind wasting more NX potentially.

3) Sure, why not? You only level 670, plenty of room before level 1000.

3. Why dont you just do them while you rank your skills? I mean you got 330 levels to go. You can rank things while you do generation quests for awesome exp.

Ogre Warriors, but the drop rate is loooow. Not "Burgundy Bear ES from Burgundy Bear" kind of low, but enough to make some people crazy.

Rare armor? Probably worth the multiples of $7 potions you're spending on for.

You have ways to go before even worrying about 1k lvls, so yeah, you can go ahead. Unless you like a challenge.
