Im not a very grindy person. I like to do different missions or dungeons. But I recently changed my main to my elf. I need some placed to grind. He is Level 300+ so he can do adv. Hes not that strong and not a great tank so I usually do int missons and solo. I thought of shadow warrior which is what I do on my human. I cant do thier method since my wm fails hardcore. Rundal hardmode is REALLY tough since my mag cant one shot things. Suggestions?

You don't have to one-shot the monsters in Rundal Regular Hardmode to get a good stream of EXP. Taking each out in 2-3 hits is generally fast enough already. It's also a decent grinding area to complement Low HP/High MP Mana Shield builds.
"Defeat the Shadow Warrior" is still one of the safer ways to get your EXP fix. "Shadow Cast City" can be plowed through for EXP/gold if your Magnum Shot/Crash Shot can hit high enough.

Rundal normal HM is great for ranged elves to level, the skeletons hit so high that most of the time you'll just go deadly from one hit and be able to resume your magnum spamming. If you have too much HP for this tanking method, you can always just run the dungeon on a mount with 1 HP, as it will have the same effect.
I spammed that dungeon for levels ever since I was ~500 all the way to 1500, and even now it's still decent exp with mounted archery.
I'd recommend a few things for running it effectively:
1. Cap your crit on the red skeletons, if possible.
2. Enchant yourself with full ice elementals... It will make the blue skeletons easier to kill than rats! (they'll hit you really hard, though, and spiders will tank your hits a little more)
3. Magnum spam your way through, 3~6 stacks of SP 30s should be enough per run, depending on your damage.
4. Crash Shot can make rat rooms and orb rooms a lot easier, but it's generally not as good as magnum due to the low enemy density of most spawns.
5. Always kill flying swords first, and use pets to distract if more than one spawns.
Gold drops and potential income from selling the vintage caps at the end will pay for everything from repairs to holy water and stamina.
