I think Nexon either intended this from the start or is looking into it, because if you look at any item you have, assuming it's tradable, it'll say Tradable (License Waived). It seems like Nexon included free public use of the marketplace just for Beta and with the huge uproar over the token reversion back to normal I bet Nexon's pretty nervous about the marketplace. I don't think it was intended to be available to everyone, but to cost NX for licenses.
Also, it makes sense and is a popular thing to do in free MMO's. What do you guys think?

I think you need a license to trade untradable items.

Not too sure, all I know is if they did such a thing the little economy there is would go to hell. The only way to really get anything you need is to have friends or the patience to get it yourself, or the market. Market would be empty if it cost NX to place items on it.

I think it's like everyone said, it's just the things you can't trade anymore. Like things you enchant or buy off the marketplace. It won't be the marketplace in general, because that would cause a riot and make people leave.

DFO started with a NX-based market system and the market channel was still packed. I don't think theres too much concern on Nexon's part to implement NX-based market licenses if they look at that. On the other hand, DFO shops could sell avatars which cost NX...

I remember Bakuryu saying somewhere that there are certain items that are tradable, but require a license to do so. In that case it's probably labeled with Tradable (License Required) or something like that.
