You know the sad part is that our good Artist are as good as the JP artist, it's just that the judges...
Nevermind.
Some of the design looks cool but I do see a couple rule breaking but after seeing NA's rule breaking, w/e.

We have the winning contest entries from the other servers in NA, so I wouldn't see why not. We may not get it right away, but eventually we should. :)
