Vindictus
[Image: http://nxcache.nexon.net/vindictus/img/catalog/supply-depot/crimson_token.jpg]
Crimson Token
A crimson token needed to board a boat. You aren't required to use these coins, but they are guaranteed to make you feel rich. Unlike Silver Tokens, you only need one to board regardless of how many times you've boarded a boat today. Unlike Platinum Tokens, Crimson Tokens can be traded in the Marketplace.
Quantity: 1, 10 or 30 units
Price: NX 990/NX 1490/NX 2490
This is really really weird

Wait... what? Must say that is rather crazy. I'm assuming it does not have the luck or exp bonus of plats. Really I can see them doing it, after all, people are already trading nx for plats already as it is or selling silver for gold. Really looks like plat tokens will be dead though.

I smell... a ploy for making up for the money they lost on Platinum Tokens! xD

and wats with the price? 990nx for 1? plat is 300nx for 1.. make sense since it allows trading in market..
and then the rest confuses me..
Crimson
1490 = 10 Coins
2490 = 30 Coins
Plat
2600 = 10 Coins
6900 = 30 Coins
O_O wtf it's so much cheaper in bulk now?

Wow yea... that's ridiculous. <_< I don't see anyone wanting to buy Plat tokens anymore just because of that price tag >_> Maybe they left off a zero?
1 for 990, 10 for 14900, and 30 for 24900? But then the 10 version would be extremely expensive and the 30 still kinda expensive >_>

It has different prices on the news item...
New Crimson Tokens are being introduced to Vindictus. Crimson Tokens are a new way to pay for boat rides. They are available for purchase in the Supply Depot.
Functionality
- Only one Crimson Token is required to pay for dungeons.
- Crimson Tokens can be traded in the Market Place for gold.
- Crimson Tokens can be used to pay for other people’s dungeons.
- Not like Platinum Tokens, Crimson Tokens do not give Luck or Experience bonuses.
Price
- 1 Crimson Token: 250
- 10 Crimson Tokens: 2200
- 30 Crimson Tokens: 5900
Version 1.09 Update - 'Crimson Tokens and Battle Scythe'
Those seem more likely.

Perhaps =o But if that's the case >_> what reason do people have to buy Platinum tokens anymore? Though I guess the luck bonus might be a good incentive, but as of now we don't really see any white cores so that's moot. And experience is also quite meh <_<

Make Guild Master Event (11/3 - 11/9)
Guild Masters, recruit members into your guild from November 3 to November 9 and be rewarded with Crimson tokens. The amount of members you recruit will determine the number of tokens you will receive.
10-19 Members: 10 Crimson Tokens
20-29 Members: 30 Crimson Tokens
30-49 Members: 50 Crimson Tokens
50+ Members: 70 Crimson Tokens
I'm going to go make [s]50[/s] 100 mules immediately.

Lol yea <_< that seems to be quite a dumb event also xD

Luck will be useful later on, I suppose.
At the moment if someone was going to buy something though, I suppose it depends if they want the EXP bonus or if the want a little cheaper tokens.
50% more EXP is no little thing.

I thought that 50% more exp only applied to the combat exp o_o If not, then it'd be quite useful I guess.

Anyone know what the mayor thing is about?

Wow, that Guild Master Event is so stupid...... recruiting that many randoms to your guild doesn't help guilds at all, if anything it just damages them.
I guess it's not a bad way for a guild leader to get a free 70 crimson tokens though... >_>...

That's why you don't recruit randoms. You start a new guild and recruit yourself.

Yes, I realize that. But the crackhead that thought up the event was clueless.
