Umm....outside of the questions about WHY you ego'ed a icewand....the best things to level would be str to make your icebolts really strong. (But again why ego a icewand outside of liking the looks of it?)

Wand Egos are good only for bolt magic. If you're using Ice Spear, use a Crown Ice Wand. Even a mana reduction wand would be better than an ego for advance magic.
As for what stats to raise...
Str increases Damage, this should be your priority.
Luck increases Critical. Vital for using bolts in upper dungeons, as it'll greatly increase your overall damage.
Will increases Durability. Good for getting more repair points out of the costly ego repair wands (unless you use NX potions). Whether this is more important than Critical is up to you.
Social for Chaincasting. But that comes with the rest.
Since Balance and Injury rates have no effect on magic, you can ignore Dexterity and Intelligence.

Crown icewand far outdamages ego one. With right enchants you can ad 40-50 mana points ans some int. Much better in long run than pumping money into ego wand. If you walk around and look at most people who are mages they don't ego wands but a secondary weapon. If they do ego a wand most of them ego a firewand since chaincast on that is actually usefull for stronger enemies. Chaincasting ice will become irrelevant once you hit level 300-500 since the enemies your likely to be fighting will be to strong to make that efficient. Its fun for PVP and clearing rats and thats about it.
