You are asking the wrong audience here since most of us probably don't know much about Generation 13, or care about it until Nexon announces it. Most people do focus more on the skill sets than the dungeons itself though.
What good are those dungeons? (like exp/rewards/items)

Even if everyone is happy with G12 stuff, nobody can stop anyone about talking or asking about G13. More so since it will eventually come, just a matter of sooner or later.

There's this odd weekend (that means Friday, Saturday, Sunday) enchant that comes from one of the dungeons, which I read adds a lot of bonuses like str or will depending on the weekend day. I don't understand what the other rewards are...
Other than that the rewards (exp/gold) doesn't seem to be better than the current missions in Tara, but don't think anyone would mind to have new places to go. I'm sick of doing the current missions over and over again.
Forecasting because those dungeons are the stage dungeons in Avon, which is one of the major stuff in G13.
@ Phunkie: It's possible to get up to 154 luck for an age 17 character purely through title/enchants, however the setup is fairly costly due to Rule and Luxury enchants.
Lucky is a challenge to enchant as well since it is prefix Rank 8, easiest is to get it on a stiff hat.
This is the best setup so far.
Base Luck - 19 (age 17)
Title - 20 (goddess or anything that gives 20 luck, like lucky person)
Head - Lucky/Thief (25)
Body - Thief (10), Rule (10)
Glove - Thief (10),
Foot - Thief (10),
Accessory 1 - Thief (10), Luxury (15)
Accessory 2 - Thief (10), Luxury (15)
Total: 154 Luck
Most people will probably only be about to get 99 Luck (pure-thief set), but that's ok, because you have short-term food effects and magical music as well.
Vales Fire: 25
Magical Music: Passions of Youth LUCK + 31 at Rank 1 instrument playing
Total: 210 Luck for the best set and effects, 155 Luck for pure-thief set
You might be able to take it a little further with an additional Rank 1 instrument playing friend with the normal luck-adding magical scroll. (+0~15 luck)
Most people should reach at least 124 Luck with no problems.
The other problem is nobody knows if the pass is tradeable. If it is, the easiest way out is to level a mule character during ages 10-14 and let it permanently sit in Avon to weave passes for you. I needed a semi-decent critical set so I didn't mind making my luck set even if this is possible.
The one other thing that's now known is that Monday effects affect success rates.

The new prefix enchants are delectably damage-and-critical delicious.
RB Fixed (Accessory, Luck+15) and RD Advantage (Head except helms, Luck+14) are going to be excellent for boosting luck for making those mission papers.
I'm also interested in the Vast enchant (Max Damage+10 Critical+5% Will+10). Less 2 damage compared to wooden needle but doesn't remove dex and also easier to enchant since it is Rank 9. I wonder where it comes from but I will replace my G3 glove for it.
