im not sure whats wrong imma download again but when i open launcher it takes forever to load, but then again i haven't updated till open beta started... ive done 2 hours waiting on the launcher... not even 25% done HELP!

The meter on that launcher is based on something other than total progress. After a while it'll go really fast, so you're farther along than you think. Some people need to wait a long time to patch for some reason.
If you don't feel like trusting me enough to keep waiting, just re-download it using either the manual download or the pando downloader.
