  TNN is definitely the best place to. Do g1, when you find a place filled with zombies. It's there lol

  not over 1k about 1k and whats your highest rank skills?
  you get 350 cp only from rank 1 wm cant be your over lvl 1k or your skills are just low no offence

  By about, did you mean ~700 CP and round up to 1000? What level/exploration level are you at the moment?

  Woah. Your calling MY SKILLS low. Plus having big cp is a bad thing. I got r1 combat, range,smash,r4 wm, r4 defense, r5 ar. Yeah my skills arent low bud.

  I saw a girl that was under level 300 (from her journal) and had over 1k CP with no +CP equips. At first I was amazed, but then if you think about it, all she could've done was rank thunder and fireball/AR/FH and she'd have around that much with a decent level. Obviously it was an extremely stupid thing to do though.
  
  Also at the OP: Someone could be over level 1k and have only ranked life skills or skills that don't give huge amounts of CP (for example, ice spear or some alchemy like golem summoning), so it's quite possible. If I ranked thunder to 1 now, I'd have 1.5k CP, but since I'm ranking other more useful skills that don't give much CP, my CP stays at 1.3k. I can probably rank a couple skills to rank 1 and have no CP increase.

  new training TIP from your local friendly mana master!!!:lol:
  Tara shadow mission Fomor Attack. The very first room spawns a bunch of easy to kill mobs. If your low enough CP you can do this in basic for the master title. Should take about 30-50 seconds and 6-8 WM's to defeat 40+ mobs. Exit mission, grab mission again, repeat. Even on Inter most of the mobs die in 1 WM if you have decent damage, + the shadow wiz in int drops arat crystals.
  
  This is my new training ground for most of my skills. And the big upside....NO BOTS KILLING MY MOBS!! Like quila mongooses, tir foxes, logging camp racoons, or ant hell.
  
  Take a little extra time if you want and pick up the gold which also is not bad.

  Or has -CP equipment to compensate for all that. To even get that much CP under a low level, skills with high CP are required, which can be the likes of Intermediate Magic. To get 2-3 Intermediate Magic under that lvl and in under that much rank, the pages were probably bought. If said person had enough money to buy all that and get to high ranks, the possibility of having good -CP gear to cover that is not improbable.
  
  Same vice versa. I've seen Elves who've done nothing but Dex hoard, and found a 2k lvl Elf still having an average CP of ~900.

  The only thing I could think of is they rbd to 10 got the ap and went to 20 rb'd again and did it over and over again. But to have such high cp you would have to do it for such a LONG time.

  I guess, but it just seems really stupid...I can't see why anyone would outright rank high CP skills first. Even if they were a mage, they would at least be ranking bolts and windmill and such. The only reason to be ranking CP skills before anything else is to show off.
  
  But then, there are people I see standing in dunbarton all day gachaponing and "showing off" their rich equips even though they're a low level, so maybe this person wanted others to think they were rich with a high level or something. Kind of pointless if the journal is viewable though lol.
