What can I do for 29 to 31? I can't find much to do and most of the being from the other world Dungeons aren't even being made. I try making them myself but no one just joins. Any help? Specific side quests maybe?

Try soloing.

Solo'ing would be the best if you can't find anyone. Maybe try finding a friend?

I can but I'll lose on the most part.

Do something else, it will take your mind off of the grind. For example, hunt for mats for BP set or farm AP from missions that still give a good amount of AP. Before you know it, you will be 31 and can join the BP grind, heh.

Friend or Foe is an easy solo, and Dead End Street is somewhat easy for Spear Lanns.

Once you get to L30, it's a cakewalk to get to L31.
By the time you've repeated Trampled Plains 4 times for the quest, you'd be ~80% of the way to L31

When you hit level 30, Shayla and the dude in the Inn will give you a quest to look for Flowers in Revenge. You'll need to do Revenge twice, once to get Weeds and once to get a Flower. Then when you hand in the quests, Shayla will tell you to find an Old Note, and the old man will ask you for Dry Ice, which you get from Prepare for Counterattack. Afterward, when you give him the Dry Ice, Tieve will give you another quest to find the Lost Ring and unlock Trampled Plains in the Perilous Ruins. At this point, you'll have to run it around 3 times to finish the storyline. Once to get Lost Ring, Once to get Old Note, and a final time to get a Flower. <_<
