I'd probably spam Large Meat and Apples together if I were you. That's if you don't mind the weight gain effects.

From the only long term fooder I know, apple are the best for dex and bread is the best for strength. Fooding for stats isn't really worth it unless you're either a) not planning on rebirthing or b) not planning on rebirthing for a long time. The max you can gain from food is 100 points in each stat anyway. And it takes a LOT of food to gain one point. A very rough estimate would probably be 20-30 apples for a point of dex at age 10? The efficiency of long term food effects is highest at younger ages, that is, you'll eat less for the point gain at younger ages.
