What I do currently is spam Stones of Sliab Cuilin and sell the stones. It's a excellent profit, specially with my upgraded pickaxe, as my buyer buys em 30k for fine and 50k a stack for finest and 8k for common. Otherwise, I might try to spam Shadow Missions like my favorite, Fomor Commander, on int or adv for 10k or 15k each run. I used to do Albey Red, but I have since ran out of room for stuff like the scrolls :(. Right now though, I know Dharma slightly and I was able to get lucky with finding a Dustin sword manual and I made 3 of em and sold 2 for 1.5mil each. Currently holding the last one for a friend to buy.

I get lots of money when exp faming or training windmill, so I save all that. I do a tiny bit of merchanting, but my main income is holy water. I sell cheaper than everyone else most of the time and I make tons of gold from it.

I run this extremely cheap Holy Water business with the help of people like Diamondberg :3
But right now, Farming is where all of my money is coming from

Ciar Adv mostly.
Most people are too lazy, too bad, or too undisciplined to have WM or simply prefer another class type and thus can't do Ciar Advs solo. Making it all that much more profitable for me.
Noting that ranged can solo Ciar Adv, but time is money. It's not worth doing if it takes 1hr-2hrs to complete. I usually average 40 min runs, 30 mins with no lagging and ideal conditions, 50 minutes max if I die.
Doesn't hurt its also the fastest exp available in game, including Shadow Missions. Make 100-500k per run depending on leather drops and boss drops. A full run usually nets me at minimum 2-4 finest leather, 2-4 fine leather... boss drops are sporatic but a stamp item/spike ES can round out the money per run quite nicely.
I've also figured out I can use the stamp on my sword, then use Knight enchants until I have the REQS for spike and simply enchant spike over knight since Spikes are R5 and knights R6. Works out really nicely.

I sell as much stuff as I can (wood, crystals, etc.), and keep $ as much as I can. Then I repair and restart :P
I'm trying to reach 500k for the first time without splurging on something, and I'm doing fairly well, for my standards. If I actually trained WM like I'm supposed to, I would be richer -.-
*cough* Selling Shop in signature *cough* :P

I just play the game normally. I'm currently finishing up G3, and I just keep all of the things I can sell. I've made over 500K already just going through the quests.
