I would get Mark of Death to A (apparently the marked enemy will take more dmg from additional smashes, making it one of Evie's best skills), will and str mastery to D for life flare and weight endurance iirc, then continue to rank smash mastery or magic crit. I would also get scythe mastery to C before lvl 40.
Btw how do you have so much matk X.X

Ah, okay, makes sense. I have a long way to go before I'm even 38, so I'm sure I can manage to fit Scythe in there. But why might I ask, what's at 40?

Hax, maybe, I dunno.

Bloody Thread (the snap you can place after invisible room LLLLR) is at lvl 40, requires rank C Scythe mastery.
Edit: And apparently I was lying about the hex on Mark of Death x.x It's still pretty good though imo.

Hm, well if it doesn't add any extra damage, then I'm not gonna prioritise it over the other critical stuff. I'm almost done Magic Mastery and then will probably get MoD to rank C then even out my Crit with my Smash then push em both :D

I'd say your first priority would be to max Blink for the lower stamina cost. Work on Smash Mastery and Magic Crit after that.
@Single: 4900 MATT isn't really that much, if you optimize your gear, I believe you can reach 5200

A few more ranks in Agility Mastery might help out a bit :O

It doesn't really increase stamina regen significantly, so it's not really a priority, IMO...

Insane Reaper wouldn't be a high priority anyways, 2kish ap for 10% atk speed increase doesn't sound that amazing since its an SP skill.
@Ruquion With a full Broken Ash set and the lvl 32 scythe along with capped Int and Matk mastery I have 4700 matk o.0
I guess enchanting is the key?

You become a DPS infused, untouchable God when that 10 Stam recovery kicks in.
I never mentioned the 10%.
Btw, try it before anything. =P
