Quercus Wand dyeable?

Actually got my hands on one of these as a gift from my friend. I love it but I would prefer it if the metal parts were a bit darker and, if possible, the flame tip goldish.

I don't know anyone else that has one and I've never dyed a wand before. Wiki doesn't specify if it is or isn't dyeable so I thought I'd ask here before I bought a metal dye I wouldn't be able to use. Anyone know?

as far as i know, no wands are dyeable including quercus.
