Houses, Are they really worth it?

  "Whats a fantasy life without a house" , Nexon's attempt at getting you to buy a house. At first I was like that is bull, but now that I have owned one for 24 hours I can honestly say they are wicked :2thumb:. Lets get started with the pros and cons then.
  
  [SIZE="4"]So heres the Pros:[/SIZE]
  
  - Selling items faster (I still think quicker is a lot cooler word...>.<)
  - For some items, higher profits
  - You get to live somewere instead of being a bum :D
  - You can customize its look
  - You get a slave (House Manging Brownie)
  - You can post parties
  - You have a place to put up your paintings or statues that your mimic has made :D
  - Don't have to watch your coupons expire :D

  - You can tie alot of money up just bidding as it takes a week to get any money used to bid with back.
  - You have to pay "rent" every week.
  - You have to pay a 10% transfering fee to send the cash made off of your items to your bank, or buy a bunch of money bags
  - Can be time consuming, trying to aquire a house.
  - Your computer may **** up and not put a zero and then your out 90k....>:/
  
  
  [SIZE="4"]So When Should You Get A House?[/SIZE]
  
  - When you have high priced items that don't sell on channel 1 or on forums.
  - When you have items you want to show off
  - When you want to over price something (though not suggested)
  
  
  So thats all the info you need on if you should get a house or not now to the limitations.

  - You need a premium service
  - You need about 50k-70k to buy or rent a house
  
  
  Well thats everything you need to know. Now go get a house :D, oh and don't out bid me :P
  
  Honestly I don't believe there is anything else to add. If you think I can add something then post it below, but otherwise I can't think of anything.

  You forget that you won't have expired coupons/ads to manage if you move around since House Key don't expire.

  You can also drag your friends to places easily.
  Ask them take your house ad and then you bring them there through mounts.
  
  Also possible if using other people's house fliers...but they expire so sometimes it can be difficult to do that.
  
  For cons, housing bidding can be pretty competitive on populated servers.

  I could use a house right now, to be honest. With the economy the way it is right now, though, I'd probably get more notes to trade than actual purchases.
  Still, the storage is amazing and it's one of the easiest ways to sell.

  I believe it's spelled spelled.
  Anyway, I think you should go more into detail. You should make take time making your guides instead of doing them quickly just to put them out there.
