I bought a fixed color dye and it says no adequate item exists, and all of my clothes are made of fabric. Could someone tell me what's wrong?

May be an obvious answer to this question but...
Are your clothes Dye-able? xD

I've used 4 dyes and 3 came out the wrong color, so yes.

Now I know you said that it's fabric, but are you trying to dye clothing or armor? Because if it's armor, you can't use fixed dyes to dye it, only normal dyes. If it's clothing, then ouch, I guess the best bet would be to send a ticket to Nexon.
