I have Rank 5 Thunder and Rank 9 Magic Mastery.
This double Rainbow event gives me the chance to rank one of them.
I can either save up enough points (Est. 50 AP) for Rank 4 Thunder or Rank 1 Magic Mastery.
What should I go for first?

I'd say go for Magic Mastery. It'll give you more MP to work with.

Magic Mastery. Very time consuming skill because of the 25% per 250 kills and the x2 exp would help a lot.
Thunder is easy no mater what rank and skill training.
