Definitely a modded-Valencia Armor. If you find someone else with that effect and have the Valencia armor then I'm almost certain.

Wow man. I wish I was able to dominate like your gonna be able to in guild battle. Ive only soloed peaca norm in 1 hour and all I got was a claimh Solias. HES SO NOOB.
