Yea, It has to be one of Nexon's best events both reward to the players and reward to them. Its a win win situation for everyone. I hope another server crash happens next week so we can get another one of these again. Then mab can be a weekend game :3

Anime convention this weekend for me...
Seems a I lost on a lot.. oh well, having people like my cosplay is better than 5 extra AP... I think..

I bet if it crashes next weekend they'll pick a different event to replace it.

I need to start saving up NX in case this event happens again (and I don't mean next weekend, because I'll be busy with schoolwork for most of it </3). I'll be sure to take full advantage of it if it ever happens again. *_*
Let people spend their money however they want. You say it's a trap, they AP for less than 1/4th or even 1/8th of the work.

There's still double skill prof for people who are too high to level.
Most of the people I know who rebirthed on Saturday didn't level past 60 (usually getting to around 80-100 at the end of a rebirth) and started grinding skills.
Alchemy Mastery, Party Healing, Weaving, Enchant, Barrier Spikes... the AP bonus is great, but the skill exp is the highlight imo. Sure you are limited on how much AP you can gain within a certain time, but compare how long you spend grinding levels to how long you spend doing life skills. The difference is humongous.

I know someone who plans to do weaving next week. If I had the materials, I'd do handicraft. I think a blacksmith could benefit from both the AP and the fact that they don't need to use up as many materials. Brionac a bit, perhaps? >w<

85%+ of the NX I've used has been purchased in game guys with gold from rares and stuff. But ya using 2x pots and Rb cards during this even will get me about 500Ap vs the 160 I had planned. Win event is win.

Somehow I doubt that if there's a crash next weekend, they'll replace it with any event since the event next weekend was supposed to be a make-up for the crash this weekend. Unless the server crashes right on Saturday and all through to Sunday, the event would sufficiently make up for the crash this weekend since we only lost about 5-6 hours, rather than two days.

My character's gonna be 19 by the next Event.
Max level I've gotten to is 30, current is 26, Exp. 8....
Yeah... Excellent Event Timing for a casual player..
Oh well, Every AP helps immensely. (Yay for Skittles, Taste the Rainbow)

Summary from First Page: Depending on what levels you were at, this event can give some players loads more AP than others.

Reality of Mabi: Depending on what level you're at, normal play gives high-total characters more AP, and faster, than low-total characters.
How does this event change things?

Bayushi wrote on 2010-11-15 20:29
well it allows weaker players to rank thier skills faster for a small amount of time
