Upgrades for my Computer?

So, here are my specs.

AMD Phenom 8450 TripleCore Processor
4 GB RAM
64-bit
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
500 GB Hard Drive

I have a bunch of money to spend for Black Friday, so, I was thinking of upgrading my computer. My Processor is pretty good, RAM isn't bad, and I'm not worried about my hard drive, 500GB is plenty. Its the video card. I wanna be about to run most of the newer games, and I'm pretty sure its my graphics card that won't allow me. Can't even play the Just Cause 2 demo on lowest settings.

A review. From my point of view, I can say it downright sucks.

If its not my video card, please tell me. And also, I need a recommendation for a "bit better than okay" graphics card thats under $150.

Oh well I'll try to see if I can find one that doesn't overheat too fast.
The ATI 5700 series are good and really cheap since my friend owns a 4750 and can run games on max settings (with overclocking of course)
Also you forgot to say which type of interface you have.

No as in AGP,PCI,PCI Express.ect.
If you got you're computer recently you shouldn't worry about it being a PCI.

But some comupters have AGP and some have PCI Express.
These formats are different and it's like trying to stick a USB cable into a Ethernet port.
I suggest you look at what your computer has.
If you can't determine which one it is you can take a picture of your motherboard or just give me the exact computer model you have.

If you're going to get a 5750, make it the vapor-x 5750.

Otherwise, consider a GTS 450 as well.

Pros for GTS 450:
-Nvidia (better drivers, physx, game compatibility)

Cons for GTS 450:
-uses more power
