Go into windowed mode. Open something like notepad, also windowed, and shrink it, then move it to the opposite side of where your item is so it doesn't cover it. Then hover your mouse over the item and alt+tab to the notepad program. Take a screenshot. Paste it in Paint or some other graphics program. Crop -> save -> voila.
Also, you need to use the print-screen button on your computer and make sure you're on the notepad program (or some other windowed program), not on Mabinogi.

Didn't work, it took a picture of the shrunken notepad.

Er...your print screen button is warped then. In a normal place (so basically any program except a game), it should take a picture of everything you see at that instant on your computer, so with the notepad, it should've taken a picture of your notepad on top of your mabi screen (and you would be able to see everything on your mabi screen).
And using the print screen button in mabi would just make a screenshot of mabi and automatically save it into the screenshot folder...

My computer only takes pictures of the current window that's open.
Edit: I tried pressing just printscreen and it took a picture of my mabi window. alt + printscreen doesn't work though.
Thanks Ailyene
