Unfortunately, no.
But a lot of the items you can get in the shop (in game) are tradeable (dye amps, adv feathers, ect)
So you cannot get your friends pets and character cards, and it goes the same with your friends.

The OP is talking about vindictus...Not mabinogi x3 but i dont know if the Nx depot items are giftable.
Edit: the items are gift-able though dark, just checked

What about avatar items? Like underarmor and hair?

Nope, you cannot gift avatar items,but you can gift nx depot items, i don't know if you can gift ALL nx depot items however
