  As far as i remember, this isn't possible. For a clone to be a clone it needs to have most genetic info equal. Though just changing the gender gene you wouldn't be changing the other genes that control, for example and important in reproduction, hormones.
  In that case, you'd have a girl, incapable of producing female hormones which are needed for childbirth making it sterile. You'd have a girl, if you can call it a girl, filled with testosterone and very hairy
  
  To make it fertile it wouldn't be your clone, but your sister. Thus incest again :D
