The cat needs to come up with better names for future Square Enix games. Story and Last were already taken, so you shouldn't have used those again. Now something like Adventures End, or Crowning Chronicles (thank you thesaurus for the synonyms for Final Fantasy/Last Story (which are synonyms of themselves) :D).

Also, I'd like to direct you to the Dragon Quest series for JRPGs that travel by water. They didn't get anything that resembled an airship until the fifth game. Everything was by foot and by boat before then. And the airship/airship equivalent comes at the very end of the game. Plus it's not like Dragon Quest's a dead series, since the ninth game is coming to America this summer and a tenth game has been announced last January.

TL:DR
Dragon quest is overrated
and the cat meant final fantasy, not really jrpgs
air ships have been done since forever in the series

Well the creator of Final Fantasy was about to get fired again, so he had to make another series that would save his career. (If you didn't know, the title ''Final Fantasy'' came from the fact that Hironobu Sakaguchi was about to be fired (Final) and he wanted to make a Fantasy game ._. )...
