I'm stuck on the cooking dungeon of g11 and it really sucks. Does anyone have any tips?

Enter at 5:40 A.M. transed beforehand and trans again in the cooking dungeon when it runs out to maintain high stats and such. The cook that helps you(forgot his name) has cruddy AI so don't expect him to help you take down protection rates on the mobs. Keep a weapon tab open to equip that Cooking Knife you get from the Flying Swords, and switch when you've whacked the mobs enough to deal sufficient damage to kill them with another weapon. You can go a bit overboard on the amount of ingredients needed since there's a minimum and maximum range for them.

Adding on, the number of ingredients the recipe says you need is the maximum you need, so you can pretty much just kill as much as you can and hit the giant fork before your time runs out. IIRC, even though you get 10 minutes, the quest requires you to finish it in less than 7.
And yeah, equip the cooking knife you get from those flying sword-tensils and beat up some food.

1. Make sure you click the fork by 7:00, with maybe a few seconds slack.
2. Trans is good, as Shanghai already said
3. Mini guide since I have no more useful info (not made by me):

I did it on Hardmode without much difficulty...
I'll just say that melee is the best skill to use; charging magic or range becomes really ineffective lol. Plus, Windmill is the best skill in here to use, provided you have the potions to replenish stamina and HP
Some tips from an experienced person:
1) When you start, try loading windmill. After Glewyas smacks the ingredient twice, immediately use it. The monsters tend to be stuck close together in the beginning
2) After two ingredients killed, the Silverware pops up; Kill it first for the giant cooking tool
3) Because of the low ingredient requirement (Seriously... If you think THIS is high, look at the Cavier >.>), it is possible for you to use ONLY the knife that you got from the flying silverware. It has kickass splash *thumbs up*
4) After smacking ingredients, when you need specific ingredients, I recommend dual-wielding with low splash weapons to kill specific ingredients
5) FYI: you need 5 stars on the hotcake of Love, so make sure not to mess up the recipe or go over the time limit. Also, don't let the rat die in the circle =x
