by "foreign" name,
the cat means a name which is not English, not derived from your ethnicity or something from somewhere like video game characters like Link, Cloud, etc.
Personally, the cat asks this because the cat met master's friend, Pablo today
He's a Korean who was born in Peru.
As he was born there, he was given a Spanish name.
He has been mistaken as Filipino from time to time.
Of course, since you're all on an English forums, the cat has to assume this would be foreign to your children.

I've always wanted to name my kid something Japanese. But that'd be awkward.
They'll probably get a chinese name from my parents/grandparents then use an english name for their legal stuff.

Who knows, but that looks amazing.
I would like to give my children a different name. There's so many people with biblical names to the point I can't see how it would give a good fortune. Also, using the term 'biblical' as an umbrella term referring to all other sacred texts for all the major religions in the word + Judaism. Though, I've yet to meet someone whose name is Eve or Eva, so I might name a daughter that.

My mom wants me to name my daughter "Lime".
Not sure where that came from.
I'm thinking of going a neogothic name.

Elaborate on foreign, please. Like my name is "Andrew" which is a pretty common name in the US, but it's derived from Greek.
Do you just mean something that is from another language and is uncommon?

I like English and Spanish names.
Stuff I could pronounce, you know? And my parents as well. haha
I would hate it if my parents couldn't pronounce my kids' names.

They can barely pronounce mines.
It's as if filipino's don't know what a F or a V is.
(They tend to replace f with p and v with b).
Which makes me...

I just don't like when people give their children foreign names. ie. a friend's name is William Rodriguez and his mother's name is Maria. >_>
It just doesn't sound right. Not saying it's wrong but it is so sexy to hear a full foreign name *-*...Like Lorezo Rodriguez in this case, I always tell him that.
I feel parents should use names in their own language and/or cultural heritage as long as it can be pronounced by *most* people. A Korean friend of mine has a really weird name nobody can really pronounce, so we just call her Kitty :p
