Any ideas? I have no idea why he just won't give me the helm. I don't really care about the helm itself, but rather the title that he's SUPPOSED to give me with it. He's already given me the Veteran Mercenary quest and helmet, and yet, still no Crimson Blade Helm.
And I thought I was being careful and talking to the npcs after each quest -_-.

Are you sure you're doing the quest that even gives you the helm? Maybe its a quest later were he gives you one.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I'm sure it's a quest I should have already gotten. I'm level 9 now and I've read you should get it at level 2 or 3. The friend I'm playing with got it at that time just fine.
I just don't understand it. I can't find ANY information from google about other people who have missed out on titles. Not a SINGLE other person seems to have had this problem, or if they have, they didn't bother saying anything on any forums. I googled "vindictus"+"missing+"title", "vindictus"+"missed"+"title", "vindictus"+"marrec"+ not giving title, etc.
No hits that are relevant. Just guides telling me what SHOULD HAVE happened, but didn't.

If you're Evie, you don't get the quest for Crimson Blade Helm, I think.
And you can always buy it from Marrec.

Forget I asked XD. I'm playing an Evie class, and it turns out "Crimson Blade Mercenary" is class specific. I got "Young Idealist" instead. I've only seen one source that says this though, so if it's wrong and I CAN get "Crimson Blade Mercenary" as Evie, someone please correct me.
